Well I am Shirley and I ain t dyin ! Alive and kickin  here. As for no posts since 1pm that is the middle of the work day for most people so it might be difficult to post during the day time. The campfire seems slow at times but other forums seem to be going along just fine.
 

 I thought everyone was reading and posting during work --- I DO!!!
 
 I also noticed it being a little slow also, but a lot is people trying to get their last trip in and getting the kids back into school.  Also, fall seems to have more sports activities which effect people lives -- well at least those with younger children.  I guess we are empty nesters now -- not physically, but with the ages and basically on their own.  It has taken a long time to get to that point and it has it s good and bad points.[]

Even if she is looking now, the length of time you and my DH have been laid off, she may be taking a loooooong break between jobs - whether she likes it or not.[:@]

Yes it has been busier, but the majority has been " fluff" .  There have been quite a few people complain about too much " fluff" .
 
 We are getting to be an very experienced board and unless newbies come and ask questions, there will be " fluff" .  FLUFF is OK.
 
 People can t complain that the board is slow and also complain about the " fluff" .  All boards have " fluff"  -- it keeps everyone on their toes.
 
 A lot of us would not know about each other without the fluff - everyone just keep up with what we re doing and we won t die.  
 
 Didn t someone predict that the board would be dead in 6mos -- I think it s still going strong and growing...[]

Well, I m not the only one!
 I saw the one of the main Fluffers (Mr Fluff) post someplace that he wasn t either.
 After his sub ran out.
 
 No, I probably won t. I m planning to get rid of the PU in the spring.
 5 summers is long enough, I won t have an RV after that.
 So there wouldn t be much sense to re-joining.
 
 But that doesn t mean I don t want it to continue, I hope it does.
