How come it shows me starting a new thread that I didn't start?  Not just with me but others too?

I think it's just the way the posts transfered to the new software. It should all straighten out as you post and old becomes new.

From what I have seen, the original post has been deleted and the 1st person to respond is showing as the starter and their response as the original topic.  This is a problem especially with the recipe forum as the recipes are lost:o  -- also you see responses and really don't know what the original subject actually was.  This is only for topics posted before the switch over

Yep, it's doing the same thing in the Camping Club section. Since I cross posted the original message at a couple of boards, I just went and copied it, and reposted it here. They seem to be aware of the problem, and hopefully will find the cure for it!!!
