Fort Wilderness

We went to Fort Wilderness this past July.  It is truly the best campground we've seen. We could have never imagined how nice it is!

I'm looking forward to going again next summer!

Hi Tim,

DW and I will be heading to FW for the first time the first of March, 2004. DW's parents are full time RVers and their request was to get the whole family together for their 50th anniversary. So we're all meeting at Disneyworld for a week of family fun! DW's parents, as well as DW and I, will be camping at FW. DW's brother and sister will be staying at a couple of the resorts. We're looking forward to the visit. We've heard so many great things about the campground.

Before you tell me this is not the Campground Review section, I'm not writing a review.

How many folks have been there?

The last two times we noticed a lot of kids racing through the campground circles on golf carts at midnight and later... yelling and honking the horn.  Hopefully Disney will get that trend under control.

I hope we get to go again soon.  We usually go when Disney offers a FL resident discount.

We have reservations there April 20-27th 2004. Looking forward to the trip after a nice long winter here in Maine. We usually get at least one snow storm in Maine in April.
 
Just bought a new hybrid and this will be our maiden trip with it.
