I know it changes a lot, within 15 minutes it was 125/71, 115/67, 123/78 ..... 5 minute intervals, so I take them with a grain of salt ........ as Long as I don't see any 145/100's I am happy ......

Naaa, I am eating healthy stuff, but, I just did my last measurement, and it is 145/101  :(  :(  :(  I didn't think I ate anything salty, I am little bit upset with myself .....
