A big welcome to Carmelo Gonzalez , our newest member.  It's nice to be able to welcome new members by rolling out the red carpet for them.  Carmelo, you will find everything you need to know about Pop Up Camping on this website.  Please consider this as you invitation to join in the many forums of the message board.  The friendliest camping folks practically live on the board.  Don't just read.  Please put a few posts on the board.  Also, plenty of people are experts just waiting to answer any camping questions you may have.  Some of them have developed websites to show camper modifications for extra conveniences.  We're glad to have you here and look forward to seeing you around the Campfire.

Thanks!  We've been very busy since we've been gone.  Adopted two young boys and teaching them the fine art of camping.  We have a busy schedule already planned for this year.  Camping for us starts again in a 3 weeks.  So nice to see many of the old faces still here.

Oh, Wow, Robert, you and the DW  have added  2 little boys--this means you will ALWAYS have 2MANYTOYZ  from now on!!!  Congratulations--there is absolutely nothing as wonderful as teaching your children to camp.  I envy you the good times ahead.   "Live in" every single moment of the experience--they grow up too fast--it seems like one blink and they are gone on to lives of their own and camping is just not the same.

No, I don't play the 5 string but my fiance does as well as other instruments.  The banjo is his favorite, though.  We go to a minmum of 2 local musical makings each week where he plays for fun.  I'm a piano player and some keyboard.  We love bluegrass music and the band he plays in is mostly bluegrass and country.  Well, I wouldn't be called B-flat for nothing.
