I wasn't going to stop in today, but now I'm glad I did.... I think!  I'm not sure because now I'm bawling my eyes out and my nose is running so bad I have to run and grab a tissue!  You are truly blessed.  

How did you keep yourself together when you saw what it was?  I would have been a blubbering mess of a puddle when I saw what the DD had done!

Could you please include Kleenex in your post next time? That's a wonderful story and a wonderful gift.  I never got over having to sell my piano one time when I moved.  Now, SO has 3 of those electronic kind....Yamaho, Korg, Roland...and I have trouble deciding which one to play.  LOL!

my little piano is still in the garage!  It's going to be moved into the spot where the Christmas tree currently is and will be staying up through New Year's!!    I have to put on my winter coat to go out and visit it! Luckily the garage itself is heated because it's DH's workshop.  Yes there was lots of happy tears and hugs...it was just such a wonderfully sentimental moment.  When I kissed her goodnight last night I thanked her again and told her how proud I was of her and what she had done for her mom.  She told me she was just happy to see me so excited.  I'm telling you she's 14 and I know a lot of friends have problems with their teens, but she has always been sweet and kind and so far is still on that same track.  She's a joy and light in our life.
