Where to stay in the Keys? I found a place!

Hi!!!

We will be staying at Jolly Roger in Marathon.  We were suprised to get a reservation. We should arrive sometime on Sat. and leave the following Sat in the am.    Just having this reservation makes the current weather ok.  When will you be there?

BTW, we have reservations at the Jolly Roger for Memorial Day weekend (I forgot that I'd said I would never camp in the Keys over that holiday - return traffic was horrendous so I'll start back fairly early and try to beat (some) of the rush).   $30 for a waterfront site ain't bad..and one dog per site allowed.  they gave me permission to have my two small ones.

We enjoyed our time at Jolly Roger.  First place we have been where they practically parked us themselves....and then we never saw or heard from anyone again (management, I mean)  We liked that.  We were on the ocean edge, lots of nice folks but when we were there it was primarily older folks.  Few kids.  

Bathrooms were  aproblem.  Toilets ok but the showers were not the worst we have seen but close.  Located right in the middle of everything.  We enjoyed seeing the sunset.  It ws nice but the bathrooms did bug us.  

Next door is a dolphin place so we took our canoe and watched the show.   We really like Marathon.
