Cindy, all I can say is, I want to know what happened to that sweet, sympathetic,gentle,  poetic girl who joined the old board? The one who painted magical faeries on her old camper?  Most PUT  members are freezing their a$$es off this weekend, and YOU have to rub salt into their winter-weary hides!! Tsk, tsk.

Errr... Uhhhhh.... Geeeez!  I don't know what to say! :eek:  

I'm still sweet (at least I think so...)

and sympathetic (that is unless you've done something completely moronic)

gentle....Yup! (I kiss boo boos on my kid's knees, even if they are all yucky!)

poetic.... When I have a whispering glance of restfulness and my mind's no longer a-flurry with the squawks and squeals of tinkling toys and peals of children's laughter! (that's about all I can muster after a full weekend of driving)

I dostill paint... most recently it was actually prints of one of my beloved fish taht passed away!  And when I say prints, I mean real prints of the fish!  Paint on the fish, press onto paper~Voile!  Fish prints!  I have done this several times over the years, only just yesterday did I find that I haven't gone bonkers!  There is actually a term for this artform.  It's called Gyotaku.  Check out http://www.lorihatch.com/natureprints.html for more info... (not my site) I'm currently planning the interior design scheme for my foyer and formal living room based upon these pieces that I have printed. See my attachment of my prints!

Oh... I hadn't even thought that others may have frozen buns right now. Robert certainly doesn't...and, let's see,Sharon and Sandy and Woodthumb and Papaso... all their buns were pretty toasty today I'd say, huh gang?  BTW.... Where did I leave those little devil horns?!?!

OH, Cindy, you gave me my first laugh of the day!

Your fish prints are GORGEOUS.  But let me be the first to offer my sincere condolences over the death of your beloved  fish.  You (and the Japanese) have found a way to make him (her? how can one tell?) immortal.  However, you need to be careful not to let the news get out about your new art form   :eek:  as the local Pet Stores will soon  be banning you from entering once they realize what a menace you are to the fishbowl population of North Florida..  

Hmm, let's see--how many dead fish will you need to do the foyer and dining room?  Do you need a new fish for each wall?  Each room?  Will your house smell funny after you are all through smashing paint-covered fish against the walls?  (Enquiring minds want to know)   :J  (Is there some special  embalming treatment you give them after their demise  which makes them give good prints?)    

Glad your new TV was a good choice and SO glad you are safely back home before the ice storm hit the less fortunate parts of the  country.   :W
