Pot Luck at Spring Fling...

Kathy (Acer's wife) asked me today about the pot luck dinner. As of right now I told her we just haven't got that far into it yet, but she seems anxious to get things going. They also intend on arriving on Thursday afternoon or evening like I'm going to do.
 
At any rate, she wanted to know what she should plan on this year, and asked about the Swedish Meatballs, and of course Acer will make his famous hot crab dip. So I don't expect everyone to weigh in on this subject so soon, but guess Kathy is so I'll post it here....

Just as a footnote, those that will be attending, the Pot Luck will be indoors, but it's going to be like Westmoreland, bring your own paper plates and plastic-ware, napkins etc...

Does the kitchen have an oven to reheat something?  If so, I'll bring a large main dish casserole (too big for the camper microwave).  Otherwise I'll bring a couple of smaller things.  In any case, I'll bring a jar of my home grown bread & butter pickles.

The kitchen has an INDUSTRIAL size oven...8 burners and 2 large ovens. There is also a large refridgerator and freezor and ice machine, and a good size microwave.

Oh yeah...there is also a fireplace - so if it's cool we can have a nice fire. Thanks to Hurricane Isabell, there is plenty of firewood!

That's great about the kitchen, I'll bring the larger dish.  

Also, I asked on another thread, but is the 5-mile bike path in the park suitable for normal hybrid bikes?  Is it relatively level?
