First, I figured it would be easier to put this in a new thread instead of having to scroll through the other one!!  Second, MommaMia thanks for the offer of posting the photo, I decided to try my hand at the AOL hometown page and gave it a try!! It's not great but will do for now! By the way...Florida is still heavy on our minds. We are now rethinking of a bit closer towards Tampa in the Brooksville area as that is where my folks had lived and my aunt and uncle live down there. Found a great development like Julington Creek. I wish we could just make the decision...but it's taking some deep thought!!  By the way..today is another freezing cold day and DS is now coming down with a heavy chest cold...think sun, think sun, think sun.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, here's the official photo page. This is my very sad attempt at a web page so bear with me!!! Here is a link to where I posted the photo of DD and her date. You will have to scroll down the page a bit because I can't figure out how to move the picture up higher on the page!!!! Plus the photo is on the dark side. Like I said...bear with me!!

I can't wait to get my laptop back, my DH's computer is about 4 yrs. old and very slow and I can't get things done like I can on my laptop!! Which is much more user friendly!!!!

I hope the link works!! The Semi-Formal was a great event and the kids are still talking about it!! It was so much fun to just watch the whole process evolve. I set up a camping webpage to, but I have to find it!! I'll post that here too. It has our TT set up on site and a photo of the lake, not very creative, and I smooshed the picture somehow so the TT photo is a bit squished up, but you'll get the idea!!!

Here's the link to our camping webpage

Looks really good ! I gotta get a wood burning one installed here one day, I just love the smell it gives, and the real wood burning and the sound of it !

Thanks!   :o     I wish the photo wasn't so dark, but once I get my laptop back where I stored the other photos, I'll try those.  This happened to be one I emailed to a friend and was able to re-download!!  No....the beautiful fireplace isn't mine...that's DD's date's home!!  They do have a gorgeous place...ours is nice but not quite so grand!!

Oh my---(big sigh here) this sweet pic of your Darling all dressed up and elegant takes me back to some very special memories of our own two sweeties all dressed up and on their way to The First Important Dance.  I love it--and this is a pic you need not apologize for!  I thought it was plenty bright and easy to see and  well-composed!.  So glad they had a good time.   :W

I can't see the picture.  *cry*  :(
I bet she was beautiful.  No, your DH isn't the only one.  Our 15 year old daughter can't do any "real" dating yet - we are going to let her start at the beginning of the next school year - but I'm scared to death already!  I went to a band contest where she had LITERALLY three guys following her like puppies!  They just followed, everywhere she went - didn't even walk beside her but just followed.  One of them (who thought he was her boyfriend because they exchanged mums at homecoming but she says, "no way!") turned to talk to someone and she walked away.  He looked up, didn't see her, then RAN to where she walked off to!
So while it's humerous, yeah, DH and I are scared to death, lol.  And we have another daughter who is 14, so we'll have two in a row.
And we still get to look forward to their DRIVING!  Ack!  :(
