OC Campers

Just wanted to see if anyone was interested in joining us.  We will be camping at San Mateo April 2-4 and May 7-9.  Just called yesterday for these sites and they still had spots in the motorhome/trailer section (water/electic sites).

This will be during Griffin's soccer season (I can't wait to see how cute it will  be watch all the little three year olds running around chasing a soccer ball!  Of course. my kid will be the one who thinks that soccer is a full-contact sport! ) so we'll have to play it by ear.   We do have reservations for the weekend of July 16th if anyone would like to join us!:)

Oh, good.  Now we won't be the only family who can't camp because of their kids' sports schedules!  I feel like we've missed so many opportunities to camp because of soccer or softball.  And here we are, starting up again!  It never ends.  I think I'll have Paul pop us up at the field so I canat least feel like I'm camping!  LOL

Hi Trina!

Then this'll make you feel even better:  Griffin is only 3!!!  What am I thinking, starting him so early?????   We're doomed....  Oh well, it could be worse--soccer only lasts an hour.  Little league seems to eat up the entire day!

I would love to go but I have a friend visiting in April and my Dads B-day 0n May 8th. as far as the kids missing their sports..they miss it they have several games to play during the season, and camping takes higher priority :)

Yeah, we used to miss at least one game a season, but that was before my daughter starting pitching, husband coaching, and I keep score.  Now there's a much bigger impact if we're gone than there used to be.
