Put your cursor EXACTLY  over the spot where points.  Wait until the movie is completely done and it's just the red wall again. Then click the spot.

I got the ring that fell out of it along time ago.  Opening and closing it or clicking on it doesn't do anything else.

Youv'e got the rings, but no rod... right?  The rod is in the bed.  Look everywhere in the bed.  click every tiny spot. Click the same spots again... it will turn up.  Once you have the 2 rings AND the rod placed on the box it will open.

BTW... I think we were all missing part of what you were saying because you were putting part of what you wanted to say in the post subject window.  Most everyone skips that part.
