Awning Cleaners??

What do you recommend for an awning cleaner to remove mildew?

We like to support the PUT store whenever we can.  It seems to me that more than a year ago, we bought an awning cleaner there that works great, but I couldn't find it in the store when I just looked.  They are carrying this: http://www.popuptimes.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=P&Product_Code=insta&Category_Code=RV  Maybe someone who has used it can comment on how well it works.  Ultimately, though, I trust the quality of the items that PUT carries.
