Midnight snack... well, 11 pm snack anyway

Sorry I wasn't around to post last night.  I went out for dinner with a friend and stuffed myself silly.  Hit a little italian dive.  Great foot!  We both had salads, worm rolls right from the oven with melted garlic butter.  We split 2 dinners... on was a plate of linguini with white clam sauce.  The clams were nice plump strips with no chewiness.  The othe dish was Chicken Marsala... on of the best I have ever had!  Tons of mushrooms and lots of yummy sauce.  The chicken was fork tender.  Washed it all down with a coupl of ice cold beers.  Yummy!  Got home so stuffed, there was no thought of having a midnight snack.  I'll see if I can do better tonight!
