This sounds a little too complicated for camping, but it may be something to fix ahead and just cook at the CG.  Sounds like a recipe the kids would get into also...

Marinated Chicken on a Skewer with Jif Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce

Chicken and Marinade:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons JIF

campingboaters

This could EASILY be made ahead of time (at home) and just cooked on the grill at the campground.  Of course, if you have one of those GAS powered blenders... EVEN BETTER!!  :yikes:

One of our favorite meats is Chicken Spiedies (marinated chicken kabobs -- no veggies).  I marinate the chicken chunks, then skewer them at home a couple days in advance and let them marinate some more. Then, while camping, I put them on the grill and they are WONDERFUL!

I imagine this would be pretty tasty, if you like peanut butter.  Might even give a try myself!  Course, I would NEED a chocolate "chaser"! :eyecrazy:
