I feel 81, as I ran nine miles Monday night, after being on my feet at work. I am training for a half marathon, and I was a little behind on my training schedule. I usually run on the weekends to give myself a chance to recover before returning to work on Mondays, but I was already behind. I'm walking around like an old arthritic man today.
