How much fun!!  84%  Avg error 28 mi.  520 sec...I didn't realized it was timed and watched the news while I was doing it.  Those little Northeastern statess are still a mystery to me!

That is about the same score that I got, but I can't remember the ratio of right to wrong.

Not too bad I guess...the western "square" states are the ones I have trouble with!

Hmmm...it also depends on the order you get the states. The ones in the center of the country without a coast line are hard to place "exactly" if there's nothing around them yet! (On the second try, Kentucky was one of the first states I had to place. I know where Kentucky is...I live about 15-20 miles from the border, but without VA or NC in place first, it's hard to place it exactly. Ditto states like Colorado and Wyoming!)

But it's an educational game. Got up to 96% with an average error of 5 miles on my 3rd try!

But only because it gave me the states in the order it did...got a lot of the ones on the coast or the border before the interior ones. Didn't have to try and place Colorado in the middle of a big empty west for example.

My score: 84%,  22 Miles average error, 660 seconds.

I think all of these scores are pretty darn good. A reflection on the fine minds, and traveling nature of these boards.

My 8 yo DD just played by herself... I am AMAZED!

Her score  86% correct, 16 mile average error, 471 seconds!

Never once did she try to place a state in the wrong area of the country!  She was just a hair off on the few that she made mistakes on.  And the first few that she was dealt were mid-western states!  Tough ones to place without something to match up to!
