As many of you are aware, I purchased a heavy duty Dewalt drill to lift the roof on the old Santa Fe.  Well, playing with the new Niagara today I discovered the roof must be a lot lighter than the ABS roof.  The drill sends that roof up quick!  I have to be careful not to run it up to far/fast.

1.  Can you do this with a 12 volt drill or do you need to jump to 18?  What about a electric drill - how much HP?

Dustin, do a search on drills. There have been at least 50 threads over the last year with complete descriptions of what the drill must have to ru up the roof.

But, to start it off a 12 volter will not cut it for roof raising, but should work to run down stabilzers.
