Positive Jayco Customer Service Expeirence

Just got off the phone with Jayco Aftermarket Customer Service.  I spoke to a very knowledgeable customer service representative.  He knew axactly what I was refrerring to after a brief explanation on my part.  Then he gave me great repair advice.  We had an issue with the tenting material coming out of the channel at the top of the box. :confused:  :(

Five minutes on the phone and I am a happy camper again!  :D

This is great news to hear.... a decent CSR! Since these are often the only people we talk too, we tend to judge a company by the few people we have contact with. It's nice when companies recognize this and employ knowledgable, helpful reps.

If we were in the market to buy another camper, we would buy another Jayco!
