We'll be there on Saturday 9/11 !

Let's try to meet up at 1:30 in front of the Fleetwood (M26) display, which is in the Main Hall. They are usually near the snack bar and rest rooms. If you have FSR radios, tune in to Channel 7 sub 11.

We hope to see many of our PUT friends there. Look for the guy with the gray 2004 rally t-shirt.

We hope to see a few PUT'ers faces at the show.

Hey Jim, since your selling these things now, officially it's Coachmen, not Coachman. The boss will appreciate that.  ;)

I plan on being there.  See you there. :)

We are also planning on being there!!!!!!!!!!!!!  See you all Sat.

The show was huge! We got to meet Mountaineer and Tlhdoc. It's always nice to see familiar faces and meet new folks. We visited numerous RV's throughout the day, Class A's, 5ers, Hybrids, Pop Ups. Fleetwood had this cool looking toy hauler in yellow & black that has pop up tenting on one end, and a flatbed on the other to haul bikes, ATV's, etc. It's right near the wheel where they spin for prizes. Man, my legs and feet were tired at the end of the day. Wear comfortable shoes if you plan to try and see everything in one day! We went with our cousins who eventially purchased a Rockwood 1910. We we're a little disappointed that there weren't as many hybrids as we had hoped. We were looking for a Forest River Surveyor SV-233T. We also heard that next year's show will be moving to Hershey PA. A few commented that the Farm Show complex in Harrisburg has priced themselves out, and the vendors have decided to move on.

Happy trails!

After I left the Fleetwood area where I met Wild Wild Quest and Mountaineer, I ran into jstaddwtr in the Jayco area.  I went into a PU and there were in there.  The show is huge and I wonder if it will be bigger at Hershey next year.  It will be outdoors at Hershey which will hurt attendance if the weather is bad.  I was disappointed that Fleetwood only had one of the Highlander trailers (the Niagara) at the show.  I have seen that one and I wanted to see the other two.  I noticed that Fleetwood has become more reasonable in the number of people that can sleep in a PU.  In the 2005 brochure the numbers break down to 2 in the king beds (used to be 3) and only one on a dinette (used to be 2). :)

Guilty as charged!. I'm so embarrassed...  :D

I found out why it's Coachmen, and not Coachman. The company was actually started by 3 brothers, so men is indeed more accurate then man.

You're feet hurt? Try doing that for 6 straight days!  :yikes:  I lost feeling in my feet somewhere around Friday morning.

That is indeed correct; Harrisburg is officially out, and Hershey is in. Doesn't do much for my drive time though, which will still be about 1.5 hours. And being all outdoors will REALLY stink (Coachmen had an in-door display, so I never ventured out into the rain this past week). I can see trouble brewing...

Jim,

We stopped by to say hello. However, the first time we checked, you were busy with customers and when we came back, you weren't in the area.

If we don't see you at a CG in the PA/NJ area, we'll look you up at an upcoming RV show...

I was hearing rumors they were going to move the show. Hershey has a nice venue for an RV show, lot's of room, but I was hoping for somewhere around Scranton. Only a 2 hour drive for me.

It is not a rumor.  They had it printed on the show maps.  Next year the show will be in Hershey. :)

Excuse me Sir, "Chocolate is not permitted in the coach"!

I'll be at the PA Expo Center working the "RV Super Sale" in Allentown this weekend. Stop by if you're in the 'hood.

Where in Hershey are they going to hold the show next year? I can't think of any area that will accomondate all of the RV's along with adequate parking facilities. It appeared to me that they were almost maxed out at Harrisburg this year and they have an abundance, if not convenient, parking.

The show will be outdoors close to Hershey Park.  I can't remember what the place is called. :)
