ANYONE going camping this weekend? Okay folks, I get the picture. I was asking questions when I started this thread. Now it seems that I am being attacked and trying to defend my questions. Most of my questions have been answered.

Please don't feel as tho you're being attacked. This is just one of those issues that seems to have two different ways of looking at it. I do understand the question that you asked, "why hide your handle?" because it seems like a double way of keeping people from knowing who you are and what you are doing. But, maybe there are some who just feel uncomfortable with the idea that others will see them signed in, but not posting and so use this feature for that reason. Maybe those folks just want to read the forums, and make themselves known only when something really interests them. Anyway, all of this typing was to reassure you that you are NOT being picked on.
