Hi
It's me again.
Our 2000 Coleman Cheyenne has a crack/indentation in the plastic(ABS?)
in the front, behind the trunk cover.Does anybody have an idea what to use to repair that?I can get a plastic repair kit but they are usually all black, not white.I guess in the worst case ,I'll just paint the spot white.
TIA

The best information I have found for ABS repair is on the Apache.net website.

Here it is:

I am so glad you asked because I have one on the right front, right under the clasp for the storage area.  Thanks Tim!

I've been the MEK/chip and powder route with less than favorable results. I found this stuff and it works great, the price is right the color is close and it's holding up great.

Hi Papaso

I have something like that, bought it at an Auto Parts Store, but I don't think what I have is for ABS.
I will look for that. The stuff I have is black, don't want to use that.
Thank you.

Well I just ran down the the local hardware store (Lowe's or whatever)
And picked up a tube of 2 part 10 minute epoxy that dried to a white color...

It is pretty thick so I patched the cracks in stages then I dabbed the near hardened material with a paper towel and gave the patches a little texture...

It worked well and I did not have to do any mail order stuff.
