Hi Everybody!!

Been quite a while since I visited the PUT website (or camped for that matter...), But, I'm back!! For Good.

My DW Sherry and I just upgraded a bit by trading in our '03 Bayside for an '05 Fleetwood Sequoia and we love it!!. We like the huge "U" shaped couch as well as the Oven, Microwave Oven, Cassette Toilet and Stand Up Shower Stall.

I thought I was going to miss the Storage Trunk that both my '01 Mesa and '03 Bayside had, but I was able to get all of our stuff on board the Sequoia with a little bit of room to spare.

As a result of the Sequoia purchase I am selling off some Coleman accessories such as Bunk End Fan/Light combos, Bunk End Hideaway, a Privacy Shelter etc, and have listed them in the "Classified" section of the PUT website. Check 'em out and give me a call if you are interested.

Sherry and I are planning on camping this weekend at Christopher Run Campground on Lake Anna, in Mineral, VA at site C-6 this weekend (September 17-19) and at Panther Lake Camping Resort site Meadow 56, in Andover, NJ the weekend of 24-26 September so if you happen to be at either of those two locations, stop in and see us.

For "Gone Camping" Hey Cliff, Believe it or not, the red Craftsman 18v Cordless Drill that you thought we had smoked trying to "run" the roof up on your old Coleman Rio camper at the Westmoreland Rally in April of 2002 is still running fine. It did a bit of smoking then (and smelled like burnt electrical circuitry at the time...) but I used it for the rest of the 2002 season and all of last season on our Bayside and it continues to "soldier" on just fine. Hasn't smoked or "smelled" since. I thought the longer 14' roof on the Sequoia might give it some problems, but it handles it quite well.

We also upgraded the Tow Vehicle this past winter.  We now tow with a 2004 Ford F-250 Diesal Crew Cab 4 x 4.  The longer wheelbase and heavier overall truck make towing a PU much easy.  I still use an Anti Sway bar when towing the Sequoia, but it probably is not necessary.

Well gang, I am looking forward to getting back into the "board", and to reconnecting with all of you. Sorry about the disappearing act over the last 10 months or so.

Welcome back.  You have a nice trailer.  I was hoping to see a Sequoia at the RV Show in Harrisburg this weekend, but they didn't have one. :)  Maybe we could camp together so I could look at yours. :D

P-Man!!! Welcome back...

I'm glad to hear that your drill didn't get fried, I felt really bad about that for quite some time. I bought a 24v DeWalt shortly after that, never saw any smoke from that one. Maybe just your battery was low or something??

I should be in your neck of the woods Columbus Day Weekend. Putting off my regular fall run to the mountains to meet family members for Sunday afternoon at Prince William Forest Campground in Quantico... It'll be dry camping, but I can handle that!

Hey, P-Man--WELCOME HOME! :W  :#

Good to have you back with us.  We are pretty much the same wacky, fun-loving  people we have always been and still having fun at the same old place.

The new RV sounds great--got any pics to share?  And I envy you that nice big TV to pull it with!
