Outside Shower leak

2 years ago when our '02 Coleman Mesa was new, our dog went ballistic on July 4th, (she hated loud noise), and ripped out our water line and broke the outside shower off of the faucet.  I was able to get the water line repaired and obtained the damaged part from the manufacturer of the outside shower.  we have had little use for the shower until this year when we have started camping at the the Outer Banks.  The faucet leaks into the abs housing and apparently into the walls of the camper.  I am unable to remove the screws holding the housing in place.  Is there a way to remove this thing so I can fix it?

The hose on our outside shower kinked at the shower head.  Water wouldn't flow, so I cut it off.  With the valves off, there are no leaks.  I never replaced the hand shower because we only use it as a source of hot water for dishes.

If the valves are closed and it still leaks.  The problem is in the valves.  They look like the same as in a bathroom.  Home Depot, or a large hardware store should have repair parts.

The issue seems to be the valve assembly itself.  When you turn the water on-either hot or cold, it leaks as if there is no spighot, sprays all over the place. I want to remove the entire assembly including the ABS housing, and really do a repair job on it.  I guess what I am looking for is the "HOW TO" on how to remove the assembly.  It seems that you have to attack it from under the galley.
