I think that the last one has been tampered with ....
look at the 3rd picture in the original series - note the people on the pier and the red car in the background. The red car is blocked by a black van in the latter picturs.  BUT The last picture has all the same people on the pier in the same poses as picture 3 and the black van is gone?

I think Rod nailed it.  The white car that was pulled out is missing from the background as well as the white dinghy next to the red boat in the last picture.  The rest of the picture is the same as the third picture.  But regardless, whoever made the last picture had a good sense of humor.  I especially loved the caption. :J

I think the last pic is tampered. Notice that the orange cone in the foreground is missing in the last one, meaning there was probably some "painting" of color in that area when the large truck was copied and pasted.

Still funny though.
