I wanted to get the supersite for my big 4-0 in Sept but nothing open until Halloween weekend so I thought about Veteran's week end again.
right now I have a 2 week "hold" on the supersite and they've given me a hold until Mon. for the 11 spaces we had last time.  which is H1-H7 and H10, H12,H14,H16.  the rate will be $33/night but we must pay for 10 sites to get that. if only 9 end up reserved we will keep the extra site and add an extra few $$$.

What I need is some "hey I want to go" responses to see if anyone is even interested in going.

chezway you said yo had an interest in wagonmastering? is this weekend good for you, I know we originally talked about Sept. let me know if this is good . since you're leaving on a trip I can get the reservations made.

For everyone who has signed up, the discounted rally cost per campsite is $72.94. I've already paid a deposit and I will pay the balance due by October 11th. You can get my address off the contact list or else email me and I will send it to you. We still have quite a few months to pay so no hurry.

"hey I want to go" and I want to be wagonmaster! Usually this is a pretty crazy time of year but hey, I don't want to miss out on the 4-0 supersite rally! We really like that H loop and if we get dibbies and since I'm the wagonmaster, I want H-7 (right next door to the supersite! (I'm assuming you will be sharing your supersite facilities!)
 
So lets hear from the rest of you and get this rally going (nothing like planning a camping trip 10 months early!)

only rule is  no getting nekked in the jacuzzi..at least till the kids are asleep :J

and anyone can use the washer /dryer too. but I don't do laundry or windows :p

Yes!  We're in!  (BTW, Zach asks all the time when we get to camp with Kevin again!)  We liked the pull through sites right there...our same spot is fine with us too....I think we had H5???

Dave's trial schedule is wicked this year--even 10 months out!, but I'll check with him to see if we can put this one down on our calendar! Wouldn't want to miss Dee's big 4-0!!!!!!!! :cake: :-() :# :sombraro: :J

Just an update.. I have booked the supersite. and the sites are on temporary hold.(deposit not paid yet) The contract is being sent to Chezway as Jeanne so graciously said she would wagonmaster.  Jeanne is off gallyvanting around Cancun, so we'll here more when she gets back.

Ola, amigos!!!  I'm back from the Mayan Riviera.  What a fantastic vacation.

I have the contract in hand from Campland for our November get together and need a commitment from a few more of you before sending in the deposit.  Total cost for a two night camping extravaganza and 4-0 b'day celebration is $72.94 per campsite.  Don't be shy...sign up now since the deposit is due next Thursday.

welcome back!!   I hope all the stuff that eneded up on your doorstep while you were gone is okay???  We have five of the 11 gone already. I say let's go for it . There are 3 or 4 Families in the SD area that will probably go. I had a waiting list last time on and off. I think we can cancel one site up to 30 days prior. We do have to keep 10 sites. without the group rate its about $68/night instead of $72.94 for BOTH nights. with 9 occupied it would be an extra $8.10 for the weekend. It's early yet, it will fill remember..........

If you plan it .....they will come

besides when else will they get to enjoy the supersite for Free.

Do you need help with the deposit??? I couldn't do it then, I had to pay for the supersite in Full ($342  :yikes: )

I was thinking of maybe site H-6 or maybe H-16--are either of those nice ones? I saw your pics dee and it looked like the pull-thrus are a bit narrow. Any input from those of you who have been there as to which of the sites are nice would be appreciated!
