It'll be wonderful to see you again, Larry.  I don't think we've seen you since the inaugural rally at Casitas in September 2002!!! :yikes: Waaayy too long.

We're trying to come down on Thursday night.  I just need Dave to give me the thumbs up.  (hint, hint, griffsdad...)  Do we just call Campland ourselves and arrange the extra day?  btw, I met Lori (Laurie?) from Campland at the RV Show in Pomona last weekend.  She was very nice and looking forward to our group coming on down.

Dan and Kristy - that game would be called between the sheets also known as Acey ducey.  Looks like with all the interest in poker we are going to need two groups. Looks like everyone wants to take the poor lawyer's money. You all understand that I defend people that are being sued by ambulance chasers, AKA Plaintiff attorneys; i.e. people like Larry Parker, etc..  Right?
 
 Well anyway here's to a great evening of playing cards and drinking beer!

Thanks for clarifying the game!  For the record, I NEVER said I'd go after your money!!!  (yes I'm brown nosing!)  I think with two groups...as long as we have someone in each group who knows the rules of various games, it'll be GREAT fun!

I checked with Campland and they said that you can get the group rate even if you come in early. You can call them directly at (858)581-2400.

Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and Check-out time is before noon.
The last time I was at Campland we asked for an early check-in and they told us to wait so they could clean the site (not that there was anything to clean).  So it is hard to say whether they would go for an early check-in this time.  You can always hang out with Dee or any other Thursday arrivals if you get there early.

Jeanne: my friend text messaged me this morning and said release the site..they don't have the trailer yet but maybe you can have them put a a notation not to fill it unless absolutely necessary that we may have someone booking it. don't know if they will but is worth a shot.

Dave has a mediation on Thursday, so we're still trying to figure out if we can come down on Thursday.  Dave didn't remember what time the mediation was, so he'll have to check his calendar.  If it's early enough, we should be able to make it and not have to wait to come down until Friday.
