everyone i talk to says that your not suppose to use the stabilizers to level your popup. what i wanna know is my stabilizers on my flagstaff after you swing them down it has a rod you can stick in them to raise them up and lift up the popup. so you your not suppose to level your popup with them. why do they make them like that

Kelly

My old Palomino had those too.  You don't actually lift the PU with them.  Just snug them tight to the ground ~ so the camper is stabilized.  ;) [/FONT]

Kelly told you correctly.  They were just to snug the jacks.:)

...and if you DO try to lift your pu with them, you will find out that your door won't open or close or something else is messed up until you lower it back down!!   :eyecrazy:   I know, 'cause we've been there, done that!!   NOW, when we need to lift on side up higher than the other, we push the wheel up on some lynx levelers (bright orange lego looking squares).  They work great!
