i'm having trouble coming up with the perfect name....  now that Thelma (the Sedona) has gone...Louise needs a new friend.  However, I am trying to think of a Scottish name with a Mexican connection!

I am planning to retire (at least partly) in Mexico.  My "new" kayak is a Wilderness Systems Freedom...so she has been christened Frida (as in Kahlo).

I found out that there were quite a few Scots and Irish who defected from the US Army and fought for the Mexicans - they were treated better, for one thing.

if anyone has some ideas...please PM me....   (I'm not keen on the name Diego (as in Rivera) but I will probably name the next kayak Diego to keep Frida company!)
