Has anyone bought and installed new canvas from Canvas Replacements in Wisconsin. I've received my canvas but was unable to get it over the support on the end of the bed. My driveway is not 100% level, I did try to compensate by lowering the tongue. When I measured the old with the new (out of frustration) I found that one side was about 1 1/2" shorter than the other. I want to try it on better level ground before I send it back. I'm frustrated right now because I purchased a new TV but the hitch hasn't come in yet. Has anyone had a problem like this? I tried to install the canvas from the end to the roof open as it tells me. But came up short on the top at the roof.

I am not sure what you mean by "the support on the end of the bed"?
Is this with the roof raised, the beds fully extended and the bed bows up?
I would not be surprised if the old is longer due to the years of stretching.

I have never done this but if I were to try I would have the camper less than fully cranked up. If what you are saying is the camper is up, then that would be like putting the tent poles up before putting the tent fabric up.

A girlfriend and I installed new canvas on her 84 coleman last year. It looked overwhelming, but after a glass of wine it got easier. Actually took us about 2hrs. but was pretty straight forward. The ends were snug but did not seem too short at all. With the top all the way up we installed/slid  the cording into the roof first along the bunk ends, then did the sides top and bottom at the same time one of us doing the top and one doing the bottom. I don't know about other brands.  Good luck :W
