2001 Starcraft modifications/accessories

We recently bought a 2001 Starcraft 2101..excellent cond..from a dealer..and also ordered the Overhead Soft Cupboard.  We were looking at it today to install it, and are not sure how to put in the rivet into the white ubolt type hooks.  The installation instructions are not very good!

Also..we are looking to find out if we can put in cup hooks or the kind of ceiling hooks used for plants to hold hanging things from the ceiling..does anyone know what exactly is in the ceiling, and how much space there is between the ceiling and the exterior roof...?  We certainly don't want to puncture the outside!

I have a '99 Starcraft and would be concerned about drilling any kind of hole in the interior ceiling. I know there have been posting before about popup campers doing this, but I think in my case what I would do is drill into the two metal A/C roof braces that go all the way across the roof interior should I want to suspend anything. Don't know if in your case that puts the soft cuboard anywhere close to the galley area, but that's what I'd do.
