I have been leaning towards the Victory until seeing the Coachmen Clipper today, The layout is better along with better crankup system (supposably) and heated bunkpads. I would appreciate any opinions on these two manufacturers. Thanks...

I don't know anything about the Victory, but we have an 04 Coachmen and we love it.  It was built well and the layout seems very smart.  We've gone on about 20 trips with it in the past year and have had not issues at all with the quality of the PU.  I've had detailed questions about the PU and it's appliances on more than one occation and the people at Coachmen/Viking have been really helpful.

We recently bought a used coachmen clipper (1998).  I have been impressed with the quality of construction, appliances and layout.  The only thing I don't like is cranking the thing up!  I am pretty much worn out by the time I get it cranked up.

However, I am comparing this to a Jayco (the only other camper I have used).
