Taller Chair?

I have a Bayside and once in a while when we are camping and it happens to rain (like just about every time we go camping), we generally play a board or a card game inside of the pu on the table.  The slideout on the Bayside is 6 inches higher than the floor of the pu so a normal size chair is a little too low for a person to sit at the end of the table.  Does any one know where I can get a folding chair that is taller so that a person could sit at the end of the table and be at the proper height?

I don't know where you could get a higher chair, but you could build a base to raise the chairs you have.:)

I thought about that, but that is one more "heavy" thing to store when traveling, plus one more thing to fall off of or trip over inside the camper.  But if there are no "taller chairs" I may still do that.  Thanks for the recommendation though!

You could go with a barstool (though I do not know of any folding ones!)...

We have the same problem in our Niagara, so we just put the tallest on the folding chair so they can pretend they are short :)

You might try a store that specializes in outdoor and garden furniture. I have seen fold up bar chairs in them in the past...........

We have this problem in our Hybrid with the slide out. The slide out makes the dinette sit about 6 inches higher and a regular chair is too short to use at the end of the table. We purchased a folding bar stool at Walmart that is just about the perfect heigth to use at the end of the table. It folds flat for storage under the dinette and is not too uncomfortable to use.
Hope this helps,

I have been searching on the internet and ran across this one from www.koolestproducts.com    In the "Specials" they have a Kool Barstood folding chair.  The seat is 31" off the ground.  The sale price is $24.99 so I went ahead and bought one.  I'll let you know how it works out.  Their chairs look like good quality although not exactly cheap.
