Stained sealer/caulk

Just bought a used Jayco pop-up and a large portion of the sealers/putty's have dark mold.  I washed with many cleaners and have not found anything that cleans the spots.  Any suggestions of something that will "pull" out the dark spots?

I would say remove the old caulk and apply some new stuff.
