For all interested to this early post, The water heater is installed, alumumin brackets installed,  A few more things left before I we can use it.

Great News,  I just moved the camper from under the tree where it was stored to wash the very dirty  lid.   I did my first hose test on the storage compartment.  IT PASSED,  NO water in it!!!!
