how much water/weight?

I was looking at a brochure describing are trailer and for fresh water capacity it says... 23/30. What does that mean? I could not find a equal conversion where 23 equals 30, i.e. gallons/liters I am trying to figure weight for the trailer.

While the math isn't exact, how about this:

stock 23 gallons
30 gallons with the hot water option.

Remember, the HWH holds about 6 gallons plus the extra piping.......
