Just wanted to share a solution for a little leak we had on out PUP seams that cover the bunkends.. I sewed a ton of new canvas onto dry rotted material, and actually did a pretty good job. The seams however would leaks in a small amount when the rain came hard.
I had mom give me a "tarp" she had to cover temporarily while i looked for a solutution. The tarp fit so perfectly, corners and all, i was astonished. It turns out it was one of those ultra cheap generic "easy up" type of shelter. Rite-Aid in my area sells them for around 11 bucks each, and the long pieces in each corner that would normally wrap around the included pvc poles, tied perfectly around the bottom bunk ends.  No Leaks, and actually looks ok.. Just my 2 cents...

You are so brilliant!!  We just bought our Pop Up "rescue" and I have one of those things PLUS a Walmart cheapo gazebo thing that I wondered if it would work on the one dry-rotted end until we can have the yard sale to buy new canvas.  Can't wait to try it!
