Lori, it was fun seeing you guys there!  My friend didn't buy anything, and my guess is that she won't.  What she was looking at costs LOTS of money, even though she's got filthy-stinking-rich taste, I don't think she can justify 55k for a "toy".  It was fun looking, though!

Aaack! $55K for a van conversion??? That makes the $18K that Rockwood is asking for the Roo we liked look like peanuts! But alas, $18K is not peanuts, especially when someone (okay, me) doesn't have a job that is necessarily stable yet, so we are still looking to arrive next month at Campland in our pop up. Definitely not the end of the world--we actually are very fond of our pop up--but just a whole lot more set up than we wish we now had. Regardless, I'll be driving my mom out to Beaumont this week to see the Roo since she couldn't do a lot of walking and didn't go with us to the rv show. Mom would love to see us get a hybrid....:Z
 
 
Laura, we're glad we were able to see you and meet your friend Pat on our way out. Glad you had fun looking. And we were glad to hear that Brandy is well on her way to recovery. We can't wait to hear about who she'll be "training" in the near future...

Regardless, I'll be driving my mom out to Beaumont this week to see the Roo since she couldn't do a lot of walking and didn't go with us to the rv show. Mom would love to see us get a hybrid...

 Beaumont is where we got ours! Are you going to the location on Hwy. 60? Or the one on Ramsey in Banning? In any case, we had an excellent experience with them - from the visit to finance. Good people! Have fun!:#

Lori...that Roo is nice!  I like how "open" it still looked like from the inside--letting in natural light.  I am a natural light freak--need lots of windows--which is one reason we like the pop-up.  You picked a great one!  Good luck!
