We'll miss you guys on this trip!  I am sure Sabrina will miss Rocco and Charlie as well.  I have reservations to close down North Lake, so I'll post a new thread as soon as I'm done typing this one.  I also posted the May '07 Opening NL thread a while ago...
 
I am glad you had fun at Cranberry Lake, we want to visit there and since you're the expert of that area, how 'bout starting a rally up there Andy??

I got a 1/2 day at work on Thursday September 21st, so we'll be arriving then!  I will get out of work at 6:30pm, copcargirls Dad will drive her to my job and we'll leave from there, since it is about 45 mins to an hour closer.  I'll tow the camper to work fully packed and ready to go.  I just updated my reservations online.  Now I just hope they approve my slip to get that Sunday off...  lol

Rick I may see if my site is available Thursday night and come there after work.  I have to go home Friday morning, and I have to pick DS up after school to bring him to the campground, so I would be gone most of Friday, but I do have the day off.

I have my site starting on Thursday the 21st.  DH has agreed to meet me part way with DS Friday evening after school, so I will be there Thursday after work.  I will tow to work, since it is on my way to the campground.  I should get in by 5 PM.  I still have an appointment Friday morning to go to, then right back to the campground.

So is anyone else interested in coming early?

Wow 2 people arriving Thurs...  that means we get one extra campfire!  We should be pulling in between 8:30 and 9pm.

Gee it was so nice in DE when everyone came and helped ME set up.  I guess it isn't happening on this trip...

I'd love to come THursday but I do not set up in the dark, and have a hard time driving after dark (cannot imagine backing after dark). Even if I brought the camper to work and left from here at 3:30 that would put me in there about 6:30...I know I am plug and play but there is only so much playing I can do when it is dark...Let's see if I can get off early on Thursday, I can add a day/night whatever to my reservation if no one is booked on the site...

Depending on workload (and this is October 1 FS Cola time) and Helpdesk schedule, I may be able to get off at 2:30 and take lunch between 2:30 and 3:30.

OK I checked the work calender, and I have an Ethics in Government training that day (THursday)...IN DOVER. Would it be unethical for me to leave the training early to get to Locust Lake before Dark???
Actually it is a half day training and I could be home by around 1:00.
I guess I could take the truck to Dover and have the camper hitched and ready to go to the Windstar...OR take the COrolla to Dover and Raymond can take the truck since he works within 5 minutes of home (that is waiting on traffic lights).

So it is feasible anyway, if all went well, I would be there around 4:00 IF my site is available Thursday night...

I am going to reschedule my doctor's appointment that is scheduled for Friday morning, so I will not be leaving unless I have to go pick up DS.

My next door neighbors will be coming on this trip - their first group trip as well as first COTOC trip.  They'll be on site 77.  They're a Mother / daughter (16yo) and maybe you guys can make her an official Sisterhood member as well.  lol  They have a 1973 Cox PU pulled by a Sienna minivan.
