Well, it looks like we will be doing the same as last year with getting the kids out of school after lunch on Friday and then heading up.  So we will see you guys sometime in the early evening.  Wish everyone safe travels and can't wait to see everyone there.

We're new to this group but we're looking forward to meeting some of you guys.  We'll be at site 1.  The kids will be biking and kayaking most of the weekend.

I'm coming in on Thursday have a training in Dover, will stop by the house and pick up the trailer. Training ends around noon...

I got to work this AM and there was a message on my voice mail from the trailer dealer. It came in AFTER I left on Friday.  Telling me that even though I had waited about a month AFTER waiting for the parts to come in (another 3 weeks to a month), that they needed to reschedule my Cabin A remodel (moving battery, out door shower, puttin on the awning...

Too late... I took the trailer in on Saturday and the owner never said a word about rescheduling me.  In fact he had me park it so they could get to it easy.  I called and talked to the new service people who said that they could try to work me in...I reiterated that I had been waiting a month and that wasafter waiting for the other stuff to come in...he knew I was NOT happy and will "try" to get everything by Thursday, but cannot even promise the awning...Now wait a minute...the total LABOR estimate is almost $600 I lost trac of the parts and they want me to wait when I have close to a grand i am holding on to???

Hey guys (and gals) can anyone cut a hole in the side of the trailer and put an outside shower on (including hooking it up??), move a battery from under the seat to the tongue? and install a rail and 6' bag awning???  Like this weekend?? I'm paying cash???

I will be towing the PU to work in the morning, and then going to the campground from work.  I will not have internet access after I head off to work in the morning, so if anything come up someone else will have to handle it.  See you all at the campground.

Well, Made It Home Safe And Sound And Have A Dry Bed To Go To Tonight So That Is A Good Thing.  It Was Great Seeing Everyone Again.  We Had A Great Time And Can't Wait To See Everyone Again Soon.

We're home safe, but not so secure...  :confused:  
 
It was nice seeing everyone again and thanks to all for a great time!  On the way home, I noticed in my mirrors that the sides of the camper were moving.  I was thinking "I don't remember the sides flexing that much."  So long story short, when we got home both exterior sides had separated themselves from the camper and were being held on by the top only, the bottoms were simply hanging there.  The drivers side has a small bend in the metal now too.  So based upon the roof leaking and letting rain in around the a/c, the wood laminate coming off the cabinets, the top lifter arm thingies breaking, and NOW the sides coming off, we are going to begin the anticipated fight with the dealer to not fix, but replace the camper.  Looks like Locust Lake might very well have been our last trip of the season.  Figures, since I finally found a camper I liked and planned to keep for a while.  By the way, I am not making this up to simply get another camper.  LOL.

We had a great time, happy to see everyone!  Really liked the park & all of our sites were nice!

We got home around 3:00 safe & sound.
