I have been looking for a new pop up. Today I looked at an 06 Jayco Select 12HW, they are nice. This one was loaded with everything the dealing wanted $11,500 for it. Does this price seem decent? It is way more than I was considering, but I really liked. However, for that price you could get a nice used TT.

Also liked the Jayco Jay Series 1007 it had most of the options, ac/heat, hot water, outdoor shower, 3 way frig, ect. they priced it at $7495. What do you think of that price. Anybody have one of these two units.

Thank for your help.

Hi Dave,
My wife and I recently bought a Jayco 2006 Jay Series 1207. It came with almost everything. The only options i needed was an air conditioner, battery guage and stabllizer pads. Now its fully loaded and we pulled it off the lot for a grand total of $10,252.25 fully loaded. We love it. I,m pulling it with a Hyundai  Santa Fe. Hope this helps.........Grizzly

Sounds like a good price as that is exactly what I paid for my '05 12HW a few months ago!

It is a great rig with loads of room and amenities. Just make sure you have something that can handle the weight. The wet tongue weight on mine is close to 400 lbs and the trailer itself it probably close to the GVWR of 3500 when loaded.
