Paula, Tracy's DS also loves to go to Walmart.  In Watkins Glenn, I believe that I went there 3 times in one day.....

I think the Watkins Glen Walmart was definitely a hit with our group. Rick, I think we had donuts every day :p  Tracy and I passed up Walmart and rode the racetrack instead

It's actually the Horseheads store, but Elmira is close enough.  They're moving it.  Tearing down the old A&P plant just east of the current WalMart.  They're tearing down about 2 million square feet of building to be able to put up a 200,000 square foot WalMart Superstore.  What's going to happen to the old one?  That's anyone's guess at this point.

There's also a WalMart superstore in Painted Post, about 3 miles from where we live.  We're in it FREQUENTLY.  It would be the closest WalMart to Hickory Hills campground, slightly closer than the Watkins Glen WalMart would be.  

Been lurking on this thread.  Not much of it makes too much sense to me.  I haven't come up with a single answer yet, and certainly don't have any questions.  Beginning to wonder what kind of group I'm getting involved in here.  I've never seen a PUP in a lake before, among other things.    :yikes:  REALLY looking forward to the Eastern Rally now.  Should be an interesting time! :p

Well the trailer didn't make it into the lake.  The tongue jack dug in and kept it from rolling any further.  Jazman isn't coming to the rally, or I don't think he is, so you will have to come to another COTOC camping trip to meet him.
