Yeah,
 I just received one from "Wells Fargo" about a supposed inactive account that I had to renew just by entering my Social Security number and an account number.  I don't think so. Any reputible company already has all of that info on record and will never need it to renew/reopen anything!

I get these that are supposed to be from Pay Pal and Ebay. Both sites have people working on these scams and I forward the email to them and delete.
