Dee, I agree.  However, if it was this weekend, I'd be in trouble.  Trying to finish up my college class and it's hard because all we want to do here at home is get ready for Vail Lake.  Can't wait.  13 more wakeups.......

Anyone who wants to take it on, I'll help.  I remember doing it in girl scouts using rubber bands and two or three pots of colored water.  I don't remember the details, though.

I like the idea of the outdoor movie, it's too bad we don't have a projector.
As far as food is concerned, i'm making "mummy dogs" (I saw them in a magazine, they looked so cute and easy to make). still thinking about what else i'm gonna do.

I'm still working on getting a projector for Vail Lake.....Still waiting to hear form Russ Munyan....He can get one from school sometimes and I haven't heard back from him yet so everyone cross your fingers and maybe he'll come through for us.....carol

Thanks Carol!!!!  I'd have to chop off my arm for collateral to borrow the one from my school - no can do.  The kids will get such a kick out of this if we can pull it off.  Reminds me of drive ins back in the good ol' days!

Princess Bride is hilarious! This would be great if we can do it. Our church has one, but unfortunately they use it every weekend, so I can only borrow it during the week.

We just saw projectors at Sam's Club that have a built in DVD player.  They are really cool but they are also about $233.00.  If we thought we'd use it more it would be worth it but....

Looks like it'll just be the two of us. Due to a late harvest of pistachio's, Will, Pam and Hannah won't be able to make it. Will's on a 10/7 schedule until the end of October or early November.Moose

Hi everyone,

Can't believe it's almost here!  We'll be bringing Breakfast sausage potato casserole for breakfast.  Dinner:  Not sure yet, but I'll bring my famous Pumpkin Fudge for dessert as well.  I thought it was appropriate.
 
I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but what time is check in?  Also, how do you get tickets for the haunted hayride?
 
We probably will be in after Luke gets home from school.  We'll get there around 5:00.

Hey Dan and Kristi,  Dave and I are coming up on Thursday, just made the reservations with the cg today.  We want to relax a little before all the grand kids arrive! The rest of the family will come up on Friday after school.
