Kristi, I don't mean to hijack your wagonmastering duties but I wanted to remind everyone that is coming with kids, to bring a small gift for each child they bring for the prize table.  Remember, we want every kid to win a prize for the costume contest.  Kristi, feel free to elaborate.

 As of Thursday, Matt has the chickenpox - he'll be clear by the trip, but if either of my other 2 get it, you'll be appointed Vice WagonMaster!  Mine have all had the shot - but it's only 70-85% effective.  NICE!:mad:  In that case, we may have to cancel.

That's awesome!  I reread the board, and I don't believe the puzzle has been solved - so please tell Bran to come prepared for sound.  The kids are all really going to enjoy this!  Thanks!

We will keep our fingers crossed you make it. It won't be the same if your not there. Ashlee had the same thing a couple of years ago. She had a very mild case because of the shot but still missed a week of school.

what a bummer..no big deal on this end..kevin was exposed several times and never got it..finally at age 4 1/2 I gave him the shot. Kara has had the shot too...Both my cousins got it at age 40 and my dad swears he never got it..all 3 of us kids did. the good thing about the shot is the case is mild. if they get it naturally they are immune but the shot is no guarantee.. they can just stay in my trailer.....we'll keep our fingures croseed

plans have changed again..we will be ther Thurs a little bit earlier but it will just be kara & I ..Kevin wants to run for student council-Treasurer and he has to give his speech on friday. Dan will pick him up from school after work

Ok, we figured out our menu. For Saturday morning it's a hash brown casserole. For dinner it's a chicke & rice and spinach casserole. Paula's going to try a Key Lime Mouse Cake and I'll be trying a Chocolate Blackout Cake. All of these are new recipes and of course don in our DO's.FYI, all three nights we'll have crackers and my jalapeno jam and cream cheese for appetizers for everyone. I figure I've made about 200 jars of jam this year. We're going to be selling them later.
 
I'm so ready for Thursday.

I'am a recent huge fan of Jalapeno Jam.  I get it as a dip with my Jalapeno poppers at a sports bar up here in Lancaster.  So, I'd buy your jam for sure.

I just talked to Kent and we have an idea:  If you can't make it, if you can get Matt to the CG, he is more than welcome to stay with us.  So, that's an option for you, O.K??
 
Also:  we will be bringing LOTS of Shish-Ka-Bobs for dinner Saturday night.  Along with my famous Pumpkin Fudge.  I hope everyone is hungry!:-()
