Temecula Campsites and Attendees

I have a friend that would like to attend this rally but we have a problem, she has a 38 ft motorhome.  Would it be ok if she takes up one of the unused spots.   She would understand if she wasn't wanted at the rally and she's going to attempt to get a spot on her own.  What do you think?

We're more than happy to have her join...we still have 8 spots open.  I checked the website for Vail Lakes and couldn't find any size regulations.  I can't even imagine why she would think we wouldn't want her!  Let her know the all of the information.  I won't be asking for the $130 until late August after I return from summer vacation.  

You can post here or PM me the spot she would like and I'll just put her down as "kimrb266 friend", unless she wants to logon and let me know directly.  Let me know the # of people adults/children too.  I thinks that's all I'll need for now.

Hello! We camped at Yosemite Lakes and met up with a Pop-up club there and got this website info from someone in the group. It was so nice not to be out numbered by giant Class A motorhomes and Toyhaulers. I just joined yesterday and came across this rally. We would like to attend, can you please put us down for Site #381 to arrive Thursday and depart on Sunday.

Thank you so much, and we are looking forward to our first group trip.

Okay - I have you assigned to site 381.  How many adults and children?  This helps for the final count for potlucks and crafts.  I will email you in late august with my address for the payment.  I don't think you have your email enabled though...so I will then send you a private message.  Welcome!

Hey there!

Dee is right!  I'm up in Oregon on vacation but I try to check the board/email once a day if I can get a wifi signal.  Anyways...to answer your question, the $130 only covers your two night stay.  As a group, we have 2 potlucks and the costume contest/trick or treating.  The major info is where Griffsmom points out in her post.  Basically, we used to get an awesome group rate, BUT the campground changed owners and they won't give us any breaks anymore.  By booking through us, you are guaranteed a spot close to the group.  If you booked on your own, it would be the same price.  BUT we are SO FUN!  This is by far the most expensive rally, but it is truly a LOT of fun for the kids, especially.

If you decide to come, post here or email me with the spot you'd like and I'll mark you down.  I will contact you in late August with my address for payment.  Hope that helps.  Let us know...I think I'm down to 3 or 4 spots left.
