Went to Crestview RV in San Antonio. They took pictures and sent to Fleetwood. Fleetwood will replace the roof on my 03.5 Westlake at no charge but I pay for shipping. $1,300.00. (quote from dealer). I called Fleetwood again and asked for some help with shipping. They stated that 1300.00 seemed high and for me to demand to see original shipping invoice. Just what I need, a pissing contest with the only Fleetwood folding dealer in south Texas. Is there anything I should look for upon completion of work? Has anyone been through this? Thanks for your help.

I am glad that they are going to replace the roof.  I went through this a couple of years ago.  Here are some of the things to look for.

Make sure all hardware in the old roof is duplicated in the new roof.
Check that the hardware is in the proper position.
Check that the tenting is installed properly and not being stretched in anyone area.
Make sure the door latches will latch to the roof, that the roof is adjusted high enough.
Make sure the valances are not left hanging sloppily in the camper, that they fit.
Make sure the dealer also replaces any other parts of the counter that has water damage (counter tops, etc).
IF you have a Fleetwood roof rack you will get a new rack on the new roof (ask for the old parts back).
Check between the tenting (on the outside) and the inside of the roof to see if the bolts that hold the roof latching brackets on have the edges of the bolts/nuts just covered with duct tape (from the factory like that I guess).  The duct tape WILL fall off and then the ends of the bolts/nuts will rub against the tenting/beds/etc and create problems.

If I think of any other problems I will let you know.:(
