First of hello, I am new here.  I have a 1988 Jayco that is in excellent shape, except one issue.  The canvas (original) is in great condition, but the plastic pieces that hold the canvas down to the aluminum channel on the bottom half of the camper are breaking.  I am sure a good local shop could sew on some new pieces if i could just find them.  But I have no clue what they are called or where I can find them.  I obviously don't want to replace a complete canvas.  Any help would be great!

Thanks

Welcome to PUT.

I would contact Canvas Replacements at 1-800-232-2079 or cmprcvs@tznet.com.

I am sure that they would know what the part is called and would probably sell you just what you need.  Where do you like to camp?:)

We are camping mostly in West Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.  This year the goal is to try a bunch of new State parks.

We haven't camped that far west yet.  I do hope to get there some day.:)
