Just bring what you plan on Drinking

everyone brings their own brewski. :! .trust me there is never a shortage of beer between me and Brian... Brian won't let me drink Tekillya anymore :(  he says I'm to lippy :screwy:

Brian- are the roads good for Scooters??

Everyone it will be cold at night please bring some firewood...you know what my fires are like :D

TheViking

GrizzlyTaco- Chorizo & Eggs would be fine.
And as Dee said, bring whatever you guys want to drink.  We will have plenty of beer and I have a bit of the hard stuff in my TT.  Just please do two things: 1- Keep the Tequila away from Dee
2- Keep the Rum away from my Kristi.

Dee- I think the roads are scooterable.

They do have bundles of firewood for sale at the CG.  They are like the kind in the stores but seem to be bigger pieces of wood and they are only $4.00 a bundle.  I will buy my wood there.

***Please do not forget to bring WARM clothes!*** Especially for the kids.
It will more than likely be in the 30's at night.

Hey Moose, I took this from the website:
Authentic Encampments
See what life was like for soldiers on both sides. Open pit cooking, canvas tents, no frills here!

Do you think they will let me pull in there with my TT?

TheViking

Reminder: The Fish Squad will be in full effect on Saturday, please dress accordingly.

Only if you let them rub it down with animal fat so that the smell fits in :p .

Last year we camped at Calico and many of the people bring in their TT's, 5th wheels and motorhomes. Funny seeing a Confederate soldier stepping out of the motorhome and meet up with his buddies early. Then they head up to town.

It's lots of fun there.

Brian -

I called MN, tried to talk with Kathy, but truly the right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing.  The woman I spoke with said that it appears that the only thing that's open is on top of the RR tracks.  If that's true, I'm a definite no.  Brandy would be a slobbering mess if I did that to her.

I'll try in the morning, but it's looking doubtful.  Besides, I may be going to AZ next week to pick up a new puppy ... :D

oldmoose

We'll do Dutch oven pizza's Saturday night. Not sure about Saturday AM tho.

Brian had mentioned that before..that's why Kristi called this morning to verify our sites..I guess the sites #'s are right but not necessarily the right people in the site numbers but not an issue...

as far as the trains..we did have different sites before until Brian went for the weekend themselves and checked it out and he called me and we decided to move our sites..

New PUPPY???  what kind???  I hope brandy doesn't get jealous :eyecrazy:

Looking at a male 6 mo. old yellow Lab from AZ.  We'll see -- I'm not rushing into anything.  As long as he doesn't take her rawhide bones I don't think Brandy will care one way or another.  Just waiting to hear from the breeder.  And yes, I've looked into a rescue.  Call me an eccentric snob -- I like purebred dogs.
