I can't answer your questions, but congrats on your pup.  I plan on keeping out Weber Baby Q in the pup all the time.  I'll probably also put certain chothing in there all the time.

AAR is an Add A Room, it is like a screen room, but it has privacy panels and attaches to the awning of the trailer.
Pie Irons are ... it is easier to show you what they are. They are used for cooking over a campfire. http://www.romeindustries.com/castironpieirons.htm
BAL is a company that makes jacks and things for campers. A BAL Leveler is used to level a single axle light weight trailer from side to side. Here is a link for them. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2008287/showCustom-0/p-2008287/N-111+600005681+0/c-10107 :)

The only tank I put chemicals in is the holding tank of my toilet.  I don't add anything to the fresh water holding tank on the PU or the fresh water tank on the toilet.:)

does it ever mildew in the tanks?

If you leave water in the tanks when not in use you will get "gunk" growing in the tank.  You should sanitize the water system at least once a season or after a month or two of not being used.  Put one fourth cup of regular bleach in a gallon of water and pour it into your freshwater holding tank.  Fill the tank and pump bleach water through all areas of your water system (lines, water heater, faucets, etc).  Let the bleach water sit for an hour or two and then drain the bleach water out and then rinse the system with fresh water once or twice.
